Viewer Scheduling
We believe that you know your home best, you’ve lived in it, loved it, maybe even built it! So we schedule appointments for the buyers to view your property with you, based on your preferred availability.
Buyer Management
All buyers you meet will have already been vetted and satisfied our screening process, so nobody’s times gets wasted- especially yours. After the viewing we conduct a follow up with the potential buyer and revert back to you accordingly.
Offers & Closing
As soon as we receive offer, after liaising with you and your buyer, we use our negotiation specialist (A NQF Qualified Estate Agent) to assist in the negotiation process to make sure everybody walks away with a deal they can be thrilled about.
Pre & Post Sale Support
We send weekly reports to you on the status of your sale process. You have full access to ongoing advice as well as up to date progress of your sales process, whether it be from our preferred conveyancers or your personal consultant.
